Key Responsibilities

The Pharmacist is responsible for medication management activities to ensure safe, rational, and cost-effective therapy while maintaining regulatory compliance. Essential functions include processing orders, reviewing medications for appropriateness, overseeing product preparation, managing distributive functions, and supervising pharmacy support personnel.

Licensure & Certifications

Candidates must be a graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS or PharmD and maintain a current pharmacist license in the practicing state, along with a valid state-issued ID. Required experience includes 2 years in an acute care setting and general experience in the field of pharmacy practice.
