Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient care for patients with cardiovascular and vascular conditions.

• Perform patient evaluations, follow-up visits, and treatment plan reviews.

• Support management of hypertension, heart failure, arrhythmias, coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, venous disease, and related conditions.

• Review labs, imaging, diagnostic studies, and clinical findings.

Requirements

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an NP or PA in Arizona.

• Completion of an NP or PA program in the United States.

• NP or PA certification, as applicable.

• Interest in cardiology, vascular medicine, and specialty outpatient care.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $130K - $180K

• Signing bonus offered.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.
