Key Responsibilities

• Include: · Effective patient care using approved treatment techniques and procedures.

• Evaluation of patient’s condition, functioning level and treatment goals and keeping current records.

• · After evaluating the patient, the therapist is responsible for planning administering and supervising the PTAs and HHAs in accordance with the treatment plan.

• · Administers appropriate evaluations to assess patient’s level of function and develops therapy goals.

Requirements

• Qualifications Include: · Licensed PT · Minimum of 1 year as an PT experience preferred.

• · Physical within 6 months prior to first patient contact.

• · Current TB results (within last 12 months) and CPR Certification.

• · Valid driver’s license and proof of liability insurance on automobile.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $110/hr

• 21 days PTO.
