About the Role
Join San Antonio Behavioral Healthcare Hospital as a Lead Inpatient Therapist – Clinical Supervisor in United States. The Lead Clinical Supervisor oversees and supervises clinicians and assigned department support staff. In addition, the Lead Clinical Supervisor takes part in and supports staff in the clinical assessments process.
Key Responsibilities
- day functions, active collaboration with other departments, and other duties as assigned and needed. This position is required to carry a caseload. Essential Duties:
- Performs all therapist related duties.
- Provide individual and group supervision to behavioral health staff to ensure that quality therapeutic and case management services are delivered, and service hours are met.
- Review caseload assignment with supervisees on a weekly basis to assign and maintain full caseloads.
