Social Worker - Families First Contact Point

Key Responsibilities

The Social Worker will join the Families First Contact Point (FFCP) multi-disciplinary team to make critical decisions regarding the right help and support for children and families using the Lewisham Family Help Continuum of Need. Responsibilities include undertaking comprehensive assessments, screening contacts using the RAG rating system, completing triage work including MASH checks, and coordinating support.
