Full Time Therapist: Enduring Families Program (Dallas)

Join Recovery Resource Council as a Full Time Therapist: Enduring Families Program (Dallas) in Dallas, Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, adolescent, and play therapy services to military Veterans and their family members.

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.

• Provide trauma-informed, evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain an active clinical caseload of approximately 25 clients.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and therapeutic communication skills

• Ability to manage a clinical caseload independently while collaborating with the team

• Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical documentation standards

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and agency policies

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.
