Join CopilotIQ as a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner – Remote, M-F Schedule in United States.

Key Responsibilities

will manage a cohort of patients and leverage our technology and first in class medication management titration algorithms to help patients with diabetes, hypertension, and other chronic conditions live a healthier life.

Requirements

Requires 3+ years of experience as a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with expertise in chronic care management. Candidates must hold active licensure in at least three specified states and possess the ability to work in a HIPAA-compliant home environment.
