Requirements

• Licenses: Active OR license required

• Board: Board Certified in Family Practice

• Experience: Experience with telehealth and home health preferred

• Other Qualifications: Must be enrolled/credentialed in Medicard; comfortable seeing pediatric and adult patients DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
