Requirements
- Collect and analyze data related to provided services, assisting in report preparation as necessary for contracts, grants, and accreditation.
- Plan for the continuity of care upon the individual's release from the facility, providing crisis response and intervention services, and fulfilling other assigned duties.
- Qualifications & Requirements Education High School diploma and certification required.
- Bachelor’s degree in health services field is preferred.
