Key Responsibilities

The Clinic Director is responsible for managing daily clinic operations, including staff scheduling, client assessments, and the implementation of ABA program curricula. They also provide direct supervision and training to RBTs and BCBAs to ensure high-quality service delivery and treatment integrity.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education and possess a valid BCBA certification. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the field is required, along with the physical ability to work actively with children.
