The Behavioral Health Technician provides direct care and supervision to patients while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment. They are responsible for documenting patient progress, assisting with treatment plans, and providing crisis intervention when necessary.
Candidates must possess a clear and valid driver's license and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience working with mental health or substance use populations is preferred but not required.
