Key Responsibilities
- Conduct crisis intervention via telephone and/or face
- face. Intervene and de
- escalate crisis situations with clients. Assess the risk of harm to self or others, create comprehensive safety plans, and arrange needed resources.
- Advocate for clients in many different forums including the federal, state and local court systems, with family, school system etc.
Requirements
- Maintain close and cooperative relationships with community agencies and other public agencies in carrying out treatment/recovery/service plans. Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a Human Services or Behavioral Health field from an accredited college or university required (e. g., Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology).
- A minimum of three (3) years of direct clinical experience providing behavioral health services to children and/or adolescents, preferably in higher
- acuity, intensive, or structured treatment settings (e. g., residential, inpatient, crisis, or day treatment).

- Full-Time position.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
