Physician Assistant (Department of Neurosurgery)

Key Responsibilities

The Physician Assistant will provide comprehensive care to adult spine neurosurgery patients in an outpatient setting, including conducting physical exams and prescribing treatments. They will also coordinate patient care transitions between inpatient and outpatient settings and participate in clinical research initiatives.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and have completed a CAAHEP-certified Physician Assistant program. Current NCCPA certification and licensure in the State of Maryland are required, along with at least six months of previous experience.
