Key Responsibilities

• Perform examination and evaluation to determine diagnosis and prognosis of patient/client and determine appropriate intervention to gain expected outcomes based on patient/client goals.

• Utilization of appropriate Physical Therapy Interventions to produce expected outcomes.

• Maintains professional code of ethics and state licensure laws.

• Supervision of Physical Therapist Assistant in accordance to state licensure laws.

Requirements

• Education Graduate of an accredited physical therapy programLicense(s)/Certification(s) Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.

• Other Use of usual and customary equipment used to perform essential functions of the position.
