Key Responsibilities

Perform examination and evaluation to determine diagnosis and prognosis of patient/client and determine appropriate intervention to gain expected outcomes based on patient/client goals.

Utilization of appropriate Physical Therapy Interventions to produce expected outcomes.

Maintains professional code of ethics and state licensure laws.

Supervision of Physical Therapist Assistant in accordance to state licensure laws.

Requirements

Education Graduate of an accredited physical therapy programLicense(s)/Certification(s) Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.

Other Use of usual and customary equipment used to perform essential functions of the position.
