Imagine a flexible per diem Neonatologist role in Ventura, California with Pediatrix Medical Group. This position offers $125 per hour for 24-hour shifts with on-call from home or hotel. You will provide care in a Level III NICU, rounding and managing neonatal patients during your shifts.

Pediatrix covers your malpractice insurance and travel expenses if you live outside a commutable distance, including round-trip flights, rental car or mileage, and lodging. This W-2 per diem position does not include PTO or holiday pay, offering maximum flexibility for your schedule.
