Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist provides skilled therapy services in accordance with physician plans of care to restore patient function and manage pain. They are responsible for conducting OASIS assessments, developing treatment plans, and educating patients and caregivers on injury management and equipment use.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active Michigan Physical Therapy license and possess reliable transportation with valid auto insurance. Previous home health care experience is preferred for this role.
