About the Role

Join Brown Medicine as a Behavioral Health Specialist I PD in United States. SUMMARY This home‑based position provides direct ABA services to children ages 2–8+ under the supervision of the IBT Coordinator and Clinical Director. The Behavior Health Specialist I (BHS I) ensures child safety, implements ABA programming, and documents progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct Care Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic home environment.
  • Engage with children throughout each shift.
  • Implement ABA treatment plans and document observations as directed.
  • Assist children with daily routines, hygiene, and activities of daily living.
