The Clinical Nurse functions in a multi-faceted role, maintaining high standards for a patient caseload and coordinating/directing care delivered by the interdisciplinary team. The role includes providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support that impacts patient outcomes and compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required, with a BSN mandatory unless the candidate has a minimum of two years of acute care hospital experience and agrees to obtain a Professional Certification MOU. A valid Ohio RN license and current AHA BLS certification are required at hire.
