Pay Range $41.

Key Responsibilities

• Interprets physician referrals and completes musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary evaluations utilizing appropriate methods.

• Establishes a plan of care and implements individual treatment based on evaluation results and functional goals.

• Plans for and completes patient discharge including providing written home programs, patient/family teaching, referral for community services, and ordering equipment.

Requirements

• Physical Therapist license issued by the state in which the team member practices (Wisconsin or Illinois). Education Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy. Experience Required:

• No experience required. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

• Intermediate computer skills.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $5.00 per hour

• Signing bonus: $5,000.
