Join Xiente as a Economic Mobility Counselor in United States. Description Economic Mobility Counselor We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Economic Mobility Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in empowering individuals and families to achieve financial stability and long-term economic success.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personalized counseling to clients seeking to improve their economic stability and achieve financial goals

Assess clients’ financial situations, including income, expenses, debts, and assets

Develop tailored action plans to help clients improve budgeting, savings, credit management, and employment opportunities

Connect clients with community resources, job training programs, and financial education services

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Economics, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree

Proven experience in counseling, social services, or economic development

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport

Knowledge of financial literacy, budgeting, credit repair, and employment resources
