Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible

This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.

Key Responsibilities

Provide on‑site emergency physician services that meet or exceed American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) guidelines and contract standards.

Be present on time for scheduled shifts; at no time may the Emergency Department be left without qualified physicians to provide clinical care.

Apply or directly supervise the application of orthopedic devices (e. g., splints and braces) to stabilize orthopedic injuries.

Follow all established medication policies and procedures. Do not provide sample medications to patients.

Requirements

Completes required organizational compliance education, including assigned requirements that are client

specified, for Joint Commission Healthcare Staffing Services certification or other regulatory bodies. Qualifications Basic Requirements/Certifications:

Current, active, full, and unrestricted license as a physician from a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Education Required:
