About the Role

• Provide individual, group, and/or family counseling sessions to clients, addressing a wide range of emotional and psychological issues.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans in collaboration with clients, based on their unique needs and goals.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure in the state of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proven experience in mental health counseling or therapy, with a focus on diverse populations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
