• EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING: Current Indiana license as a Registered Nurse required.

• Current BLS or CPR for Healthcare Providers and ALS or ACLS certifications required.

Requirements

• 7:30am 72 hours per two

• week pay period.
