Physician Assistant

Key Responsibilities

The Physician Assistant will provide first assist support for cardiothoracic surgeries and manage patient care across pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases. They will also participate in a rotating call schedule and collaborate with a multi-site team to manage ICU and step-down patients.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physician Assistant program with PA-C certification and active or eligible Alabama licensure. BLS and ACLS certifications are required, and while cardiothoracic experience is preferred, strong new graduates will be considered.
