About the Role

Join Vanderbilt University Medical Center as a Genetic Counselor Assistant - Pediatric Genetics Clinic in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Obtain a family history by phone and constructing detailed information and genetic history. Scan into health records in timely manner

Prepare patient charts with completed risk assessment and other pertinent forms and records. Request and collect outside medical records and communicate information to provider as needed.

Complete test requisition forms for genetic testing
