About the Role

Join TCN BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES INC as a ACT Team Leader/SUD Therapist – Community-Based in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Responsibilities – Provide individual, group, family, case management, and counseling services within the scope of licensure and agency standards.

– Complete intake and diagnostic assessments for new clients to determine eligibility for ACT services and complete updates as required.

– Provide court representation, community probation support, and conditional release services when assigned.

– Maintain knowledge of community resources and document appropriate referrals within client records.

Requirements

– Serve as the ACT Team substance use counselor and ensure compliance with DACTS fidelity standards.

– Facilitate weekly substance use treatment groups for ACT clients as needed.

– Monitor productivity standards and service delivery expectations.
