Take your next step to join a collaborative practice model within Kingman Regional Medical Center’s Disease Management Clinic (DMC) as an Ambulatory Care Clinical Specialist. Kingman Regional Medical Center is located in beautiful northwest Arizona.

Key Responsibilities

Provides clinical pharmacy services for our patients and serves as a resource, educator, mentor, and leader to physicians and other caregivers.

Coordinates and provides clinical pharmacy activities, including but not limited to pharmacokinetics, parenteral nutrition and general pharmaceutical care in all patient care areas as needed.

Coordinate and interpret laboratory monitoring of drug therapy, including but not limited to serum drug levels, electrolytes, and other approved drug-related laboratory testing.

Requirements

Education: Graduate of an ACPE

accredited School of Pharmacy with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (PharmD)

Experience: 3

5 years’ experience (each residency graduation counts for 3 years of experience)
