Join Kingman Regional Medical Center as a Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacist in United States. Take your next step to join a collaborative practice model within Kingman Regional Medical Center’s Disease Management Clinic (DMC) as an Ambulatory Care Clinical Specialist. Kingman Regional Medical Center is located in beautiful northwest Arizona.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides clinical pharmacy services for our patients and serves as a resource, educator, mentor, and leader to physicians and other caregivers.
  • Coordinates and provides clinical pharmacy activities, including but not limited to pharmacokinetics, parenteral nutrition and general pharmaceutical care in all patient care areas as needed.
  • Coordinate and interpret laboratory monitoring of drug therapy, including but not limited to serum drug levels, electrolytes, and other approved drug-related laboratory testing.

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate of an ACPE
  • accredited School of Pharmacy with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (PharmD)
  • Experience: 3
  • 5 years’ experience (each residency graduation counts for 3 years of experience)
