About the Role

Join Suru In-Home Physical Therapy as a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant in United States. About the Role Suru In-Home Physical Therapy is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide in-home visits for patients who need continued therapy support in their day-to-day environment. We are not a traditional home health agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide in-home physical therapy treatment under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist.
  • Help patients improve mobility, gait, balance, strength, transfers, endurance, and overall functional independence.
  • Reinforce home exercise programs and educate patients and caregivers on carryover strategies and safe movement.
  • Observe patient response to treatment and communicate changes in status, function, pain, or safety to the supervising Physical Therapist.

Requirements
