Key Responsibilities
The Medical Director will oversee administrative management, monitor operational and quality metrics, and drive practice growth while ensuring compliance with Vituity policies. They are responsible for leading the local clinical team, managing hospital relationships, and optimizing financial performance through effective billing and resource allocation.
Requirements
Candidates must be a licensed M.D. or D.O. with completion of an accredited residency program and at least 5 years of leadership experience. Applicants are required to maintain medical staff privileges and demonstrate strong clinical, interpersonal, and financial management skills.
