Key Responsibilities

• Supervision: Oversee and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/Behavior Technicians (BTs) on their caseload, providing guidance and clinical support as needed.

• Clinical Oversight: Provide clinical support and supervision to ensure the effective implementation of treatment plans, conducting fidelity checks on treatment plan writing and session execution.

• Review and ensure the accurate and timely documentation of client progress, including assistance with data collection and outcome measurement.

• Conduct regular meetings with RBTs to review cases, ensure supervision documentation, monitor clinical progress, and ensure the quality and consistency of service delivery.

Requirements

• They must be First Aid Certified and must have FCSR background check clearance.

• Other trainings and certifications are required for BACB certified staff (e.

-, 8-hour Supervisor Training for BCBAs and will be outlined in the employee handbook.
