About the Role

Join BURNETT THERAPEUTIC SERVICES INC as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in United States. Job Type: Full-time Job Location: Napa, CA – In-clinic Schedule: Monday–Friday. We require open availability from 8:00 AM – 8 PM as caseload will be built during those times.

Key Responsibilities

• provide speech and language therapy services to children with communication disorders, developmental delays,.

• Conduct speech and language evaluations using standardized and informal assessment tools.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client needs.

• Provide individual and group speech and language therapy sessions targeting communication, social interactio.

Requirements

• Provide caregiver training and coaching to support communication development within natural routines.

• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with clinical staff, including ABA providers and mental health professionals, when applicable.

• Support development of functional communication skills to improve independence and participation in daily routines.

• Maintain positive and supportive relationships with clients, families, and team members.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary range: $75,000 to $95,000 annually.
