The social worker will plan, develop, and direct the social services program while coordinating patient admissions, discharges, and family activities. They are also responsible for counseling patients and families and ensuring accurate documentation of social service records.
The position requires a bachelor's degree in a social work-related field or at least two years of supervisory experience in a medical setting. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
