Key Responsibilities
- Referral Growth & Sales: Execute face
- face outreach visits (cold calls and scheduled meetings) to primary care and specialty offices to promote our physicians and services.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for referring offices; foster long
- term loyalty by ensuring they have the necessary materials (referral forms, maps, bio cards) and contact info. Effectively communicate the unique value of Athens Orthopedic Clinic services.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in healthcare sales (pharmaceutical, medical device, or provider relations).
- Strong clinical acumen (ability to discuss complex medical procedures/specialties). o Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis. o Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
- Travel: Ability to travel locally up to 70–80% of the time to visit provider offices Other: Market competitive
