Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible
This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.
About the Role
Join UW Health as a Physician Assistant – Gynecologic Oncology, M-F in Madison, WI. Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:00 am – 5:00 pm. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to gynecologic oncology patients with varying acuity and diagnoses.
- Conduct comprehensive health history and physical assessments of oncology patients with acute health issues.
- manage and modify treatment plans * Discuss role and side effects of chemotherapy with patients and their f.
- manage and modify chemotherapy treatment plans, and obtain chemotherapy signing privileges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from accredited PA Program. Licenses and Certifications: Minimum –
- State of Wisconsin PA licensure
- Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND
- Active PA board certification Physician Assistant applicants must have
