About the Role

Join Interim HealthCare - North Charleston, SC as a Physical Therapist (PT)13 Week Contract to Hire *New Grads Welcomed in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinic Coverage and In Home visits/assessments IDT participation.
  • person assessments to evaluate participants’ functional abilities, home environment, and rehabilitation needs.
  • Recommend and coordinate adaptive equipment, home modifications, and therapy services to promote safety and independence.
  • Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans based on participant progress and IDT collaboration.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of the national examination for PTs and SC license required.
  • 3 years PT experience in various settings preferred
  • Experience with geriatric/frail population
