Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one speech language pathology services to older adults in private residences and senior living communities. Perform evaluations, develop individualized care plans, and utilize telehealth to improve patient independence and quality of life.

Requirements

Requires a valid Speech Language Pathology license, a degree from an accredited SLP program, and ASHA CCC certification. Candidates must also have current CPR certification and the physical ability to assist with patient transfers and mobility.
