The BCBA will supervise RBTs, oversee clinical quality, and develop individualized, assent-based treatment plans. They will also conduct assessments, mentor staff, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of SLPs, OTs, and PTs.
Candidates must hold a BCBA certification and be licensed in Illinois in good standing. Strong clinical judgment, proactive communication skills, and the ability to perform essential physical functions are required.
