The BCBA will lead and supervise RBTs and BTs while developing evidence-based intervention plans and functional behavior assessments. They will also coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and provide monthly caregiver training to support family capacity.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field. An active BCBA certification from the BACB is required.
