About the Role

Join Treasure Coast Hospice as a Registered Nurse Admissions in United States. The Admissions RN conducts the initial admission process for patients referred for hospice services. The Admission nurse initiates the plan of care based on identified immediate needs, and communicates with the IDT.

Requirements

  • Current Florida license as RN, or current licensure from another state or compact license.

  • Reliable transportation to meet visit schedules.
