Home Health Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) / Speech Therapist (ST)

Key Responsibilities

The Speech Language Pathologist provides speech pathology and audiology services in accordance with physician-approved plans of treatment. They assess patient functioning, set goals, and educate patients and families to promote independence and disease prevention.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active Michigan Speech Therapy license, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Previous home health care experience is preferred.
