Key Responsibilities

• * Takes action based on constructive performance evaluations -- staff development and training
• * Maintains confidentiality when interacting with pediatric patients, families, personnel and the public
• * Develops and implements training programs for medical assistants specific to pediatric care
• * Maintains positive public relations image with peers, patients and visitors by presenting a positive, helpful attitude
• * Maintains a neat, clean and functional workstation
• * Performs duties to achieve or exceed established service standards.

Requirements

• * Coordinates and leads staff meetings and training sessions as required
• Minimum Education/Experience
• * Maintain certifications per state guidelines
• * Strong computer skills required. EMR experience required
• Preferred Education/Experience
• * Training or teaching experience
