Key Responsibilities
- * Takes action based on constructive performance evaluations -- staff development and training
- * Maintains confidentiality when interacting with pediatric patients, families, personnel and the public
- * Develops and implements training programs for medical assistants specific to pediatric care
- * Maintains positive public relations image with peers, patients and visitors by presenting a positive, helpful attitude
- * Maintains a neat, clean and functional workstation
- * Performs duties to achieve or exceed established service standards.

- * Coordinates and leads staff meetings and training sessions as required
- Minimum Education/Experience
- * Maintain certifications per state guidelines
- * Strong computer skills required. EMR experience required

- * Training or teaching experience
