Key Responsibilities

* Takes action based on constructive performance evaluations -- staff development and training
* Maintains confidentiality when interacting with pediatric patients, families, personnel and the public
* Develops and implements training programs for medical assistants specific to pediatric care
* Maintains positive public relations image with peers, patients and visitors by presenting a positive, helpful attitude
* Maintains a neat, clean and functional workstation
* Performs duties to achieve or exceed established service standards.

Requirements

* Coordinates and leads staff meetings and training sessions as required
Minimum Education/Experience
* Maintain certifications per state guidelines
* Strong computer skills required. EMR experience required
Preferred Education/Experience
* Training or teaching experience
