Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience as a nurse practitioner, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • issued license to practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). License must be active and unrestricted in state of practice.
