Key Responsibilities

• The PA is expected to exercise a high degree of clinical judgment and autonomy while functioning within the scope of practice and institutional guidelines.

• This includes prescribing medications, ordering and interpreting diagnostic studies, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

• Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset are essential to ensure efficient office workflows, optimal surgical outcomes and patient and provider satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience: 2 - 5 years of PA working experience preferred, but would consider motivated new grad.

• Must hold an active and transferable DEA license to California as required by the clinical specialty.

• Salary: $92.96 - $127.12/hour
