Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist Assistant provides individualized rehabilitation services in home and community settings under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. They are responsible for documenting patient progress, maintaining equipment, and assisting with the implementation of treatment plans for patients with neurological conditions.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current, unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant license and Basic Life Support or CPR certification. A minimum of one year of work experience in physical therapy is preferred, along with knowledge of neurological injury rehabilitation techniques.
