Requirements

S: Master's degree (MSW) or (BSW) from a school of Social Work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.

Must have a current and unencumbered Social Worker License in the state where services are rendered.

Must have one (1) year of social work experience in a health care setting.

Current CPR certification, driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
