Provides individual and group social work services, including psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, and counseling to patients and families. Formulates and implements safe treatment and discharge plans while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and community resources.
Requires a Master of Social Work degree and a current New York State license as a Master Social Worker or Clinical Social Worker. Candidates must have 1-3 years of relevant experience, with inpatient hospital experience being highly preferred.
