Inpatient Occupational Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist conducts comprehensive examinations to determine functional impairments, establishes diagnoses and prognoses, and develops, implements, and evaluates individualized plans of care. Responsibilities also include demonstrating high-level communication with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals, and ensuring accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Licensure & Certifications

A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution is required, though a Master's or Doctorate is preferred, along with a current Rhode Island State license. New graduates are considered, but clinical experience in program-specific settings is preferred.
