Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Join Gillette Children's as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist in Maple Grove, Minnesota. Gillette Children's is seeking a permanent full-time (1.0 FTE) Occupational Therapist to join the Gillette Children's Rehabilitation Therapies team at our Maple Grove location.

Key Responsibilities

• Completes an evaluation utilizing principles of family-centered care.

• Designs assessment consistent with goals of evaluation, provider order, patient / family input and priorities.

• Obtains necessary history and background information.

• Administers evaluation consistent with best practices and Gillette competencies.

Requirements

• PROFESSIONAL LICENSURE/REGISTRATION

• Occupational Therapy State License.

• Pending credentials: Registration and Licensure pending, not to exceed three months in this status for OT.

• Current certification in CPR (BLS for Healthcare Providers through American Heart Association) or must obtain certification within 90-days of hire. Preferred:

• Salary: $72K - $108K

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Weekend coverage may be required.

• Day shift only - no nights.
