The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and conduct medically prescribed therapy for pediatric patients within a home health setting. They are responsible for coordinating care, training caregivers, and maintaining accurate clinical records to support patient progress.
Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy and possess a current state-issued professional license. Pediatric clinical experience and home health experience are preferred, along with valid CPR certification and a driver's license.
