Sterile Pharmacist Manager / Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC)

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily sterile compounding operations, including workflow, staffing, and capacity to ensure accurate and timely production. Serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge to maintain regulatory compliance, lead the pharmacy team, and ensure the facility remains inspection-ready.

Requirements

Requires a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy with an active pharmacist license and eligibility to serve as a PIC in Florida. Candidates must have at least 5 years of sterile compounding experience with supervisory responsibilities and strong knowledge of USP 797 and 800 standards.
